The company is engaged in running fish hatcheries and preserves. It was incorporated in 1997 and has its registered office in Carboneras, Spain. The company's business operation specializes in farm raising of finfish, shellfish, or any other kind of animal aquaculture. It uses some form of intervention in the rearing process to enhance production, such as holding in captivity, regular stocking, feeding, and protecting from predators. These fish and fish products are reared in an agricultural setting to produce things such as food or fibre, or for its labour, as well as raised for subsistence or for profit, and are distributed to a diverse range of markets including convenience stores, grocery stores, individual consumers and shoppers, as well as bars and restaurants in Carboneras and the surrounding areas.
